Assisting clients with turn arounds,  pre-opening and opening activities including; OS&E, human resources planning, budgeting, development of standards, policies and procedures.

5 Star quality standards and customer service training.

Turned 4 construction sites into a fully operational resorts.

Designed an innovative hotel cell phone system saving the Developer and owners costs of over $30,000 in installation and purchasing hotel switch board equipment, plus $20,000 per year in operating costs. Resort guests are provided with a complimentary cell phone during their stay. The cell phone system gives guests 24 hours phone service, and removes the need for a front desk night clerk.

Nova Scotia, Canada - A 4 Diamond AAA, luxury boutique resort offering super deluxe suites, with busy (100 -150 covers, per night) 50 seat formal fine dinning restaurant, 25 seat deck dining, bar.

Key Accomplishments: 

§      Renovated an abandoned estate into a renowned award-winning destination boutique resort. Haddon Hall consistently earned the AAA 4 Diamond Award for accommodations and a AAA Four Diamond Award for its restaurant operations.

§     Hosted many VIP guests including: Hillary Clinton, Jim Carrey, Sandra Bullock, Kristen Dunst, Rob Lowe, Denis Leary, Brad Paisley, and many others.

§    Turned a construction site into a fully operational resort.

§     Obtained a $150,000 government development grant.
